ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Auburn Hills, MI. Join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of high school students with diverse learning needs.

Job Details:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week
• Assignment covers the full school year, from now to June 7, 2024
• Caseload consists of high school students
• Multiple classroom settings
• Students have a range of disabilities, including some life skills needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education for the state of Michigan
• Prior experience working with high school students with disabilities is preferred
• Strong knowledge of resource classroom strategies and accommodations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $37 to $40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
